Is the sauna a textile-free area?

Our sauna can only be used without textiles for various reasons. Firstly, hygiene plays an important role, as synthetic swimwear releases harmful substances in the heat of the sauna. Secondly, sweat gets into the water when swimming in the swimming pool, which is not nice for the other guests in the swimming area. In addition, sweating without swimwear is also healthier, as the clothing prevents the sweat from evaporating from the skin.

What are the opening hours of the pool area?

Yes, the hotel’s wellness area in the lower ground floor is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. It includes a pool, whirlpool, modern fitness room, and an oriental-style relaxation lounge.

Is the pool area accessible for guests with limited mobility?

You can take the elevator to level -1 to reach the wellness area. However, please note that the swimming pool itself does not have a barrier-free entry.

From what age are children allowed in the pool area?

We are delighted to welcome you and your children to our hotel. Please note that the pool area is a place of relaxation. For safety reasons, children under the age of twelve may only enter the wellness area when accompanied by their parents.
