How long will the room be available on the day of departure?
You can use your room and your key card until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. If you wish, you can receive your hotel bill the evening before.
How long is the flat available on the day of departure?
You can use your flat and your key card until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Your check-out will take place at the Arkona Strandhotel opposite as on your arrival. If you wish, you can receive your hotel bill the evening before.
Can breakfast be booked in addition to the flats?
Yes, you can book our breakfast buffet at the Arkona Strandhotel in advance or on site for € 20 per adult and day, children 0 - 5 years free of charge, 6 - 11 year olds € 10 per child/day, 12 - 16 year olds € 20 per child/day.
Can dinner be booked in addition to the flats?
Yes, you can book our evening buffet at the Arkona Strandhotel in advance or on site for € 29.00 per adult and day, children 0-5 years free of charge, 6-11 year olds € 15.00 per child/day, 12-16 year olds € 29.00 per child/day.
Can flats be booked for allergy sufferers?
Unfortunately, we do not have specific allergy flats. However, we are happy to provide you with bed linen for allergy sufferers on request.
Does every flat have a balcony or terrace?
Please refer to the relevant flat descriptions, as not every flat has a balcony or terrace. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.
Does every flat have a safe?
There is a safe in each of our flats, which you can use free of charge. Please note, however, that we cannot accept any liability for your valuables. There is also a safe at the reception of the Arkona Strandhotel which you can use.
Is it allowed to bring dogs?
Pets are welcome here. For reasons of hygiene, however, they are not allowed in the restaurants or wellness area of the Akrona Strandhotel. We ask for your understanding in this matter.
Is there a Wi-Fi connection?
Each flat has a W-Lan connection. A PC is also available free of charge in the hotel lobby of the Arkona Strandhotel. You can also use our Wi-Fi free of charge in your flat and in the public areas. Access data is available at the reception of the Arkona Strandhotel.
Are there baby cribs in the flats?
We are happy to provide you with a baby crib and baby bedding free of charge. Please contact the reception at the Arkona Strandhotel for assistance.
