How does check-in work for the apartments?
You will receive the key or key card for your booked apartment from 4:00 p.m. at check-in at the reception of the Arkona Strandhotel, located just opposite. You can reach our reception by phone at +49 (0)38393 570 and for reservations at +49 (0)38393 550.

Until what time is the apartment available on the day of departure?
You may use your apartment and key card until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Check-out takes place, just like check-in, at the reception of the Arkona Strandhotel located opposite. If you wish, you can receive your hotel bill the evening before.

Is breakfast available for apartment guests?
Yes, you can book our breakfast buffet at the Arkona Strandhotel either in advance or on site. The price is € 20 per adult per day. Children aged 0-5 eat free, children aged 6-11 pay € 10 per day, and those aged 12-16 pay € 20 per day.

Is it possible to add dinner to my apartment booking?
Yes, you can book our evening buffet at the Arkona Strandhotel either in advance or on site. The price is € 29 per adult per day. Children aged 0-5 dine free, children aged 6-11 pay € 15 per day, and those aged 12-16 pay € 29 per day.

Are allergy-friendly apartments available to book?
Unfortunately, we do not offer specific allergy-friendly apartments. However, we are happy to provide allergy-friendly bedding upon request.

Does every apartment have a balcony or terrace?
Please refer to the individual apartment descriptions, as not all apartments include a balcony or terrace. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at any time.

Does every apartment have a safe?
Yes, each of our apartments is equipped with a safe, which you can use free of charge. Please note that we cannot accept liability for your valuables. A safe is also available at the reception of the Arkona Strandhotel should you prefer to store items there.

Are dogs allowed in the apartments?
Yes, pets are welcome in our apartments. However, for hygiene reasons, they are not permitted in the restaurants or wellness area. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Do the apartments have Wi-Fi access?
Yes, all of our apartments have Wi-Fi access. You can use our Wi-Fi free of charge in your apartment and in the public areas. Login details are available at the reception of the Arkona Strandhotel.

Are baby cribs available in the apartments?
We are happy to provide a baby crib and bedding free of charge. Please contact the reception at the Arkona Strandhotel to request this.
